Everything you need to know about shipping your order.

🇪🇺 EU delivery times

Counted from dispatch (plus 1–3 business days of production). In peak season up to 8–10 days. The exact delivery price is calculated in the cart.

⏱ Lead time

We normally print within 1–3 working days of proof approval. Add delivery time (1–2 working days in Poland). Need it faster? Select express in the cart — we'll arrange the quickest possible date.

🔎 Order tracking

After placing your order you'll get an email with a link to the status page — no login needed, you see every stage: confirmation → proof → print → shipping. Once the parcel is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number.

💳 Payments

Card, Apple Pay / Google Pay (Stripe), traditional bank transfer against an invoice (B2B); in Poland also BLIK/Przelewy24 and cash on delivery. We issue a VAT invoice for every order.

📦 Safe packaging

We pack stickers and ribbons in rigid envelopes or boxes — they arrive without creases. Problem with the parcel? Write to: [email protected] — we'll sort it out right away.
