Return of personalized products
Our stickers and ribbons are made to order, based on your design. Under Art. 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (and Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalized.
Complaint about a defect — accepted
If your order arrived damaged, defective or not matching the approved proof — file a complaint. We'll review it and, depending on the case, fix the run, reprint it or refund you. We handle complaints within 14 days.
Before we send your order to print, we always show you a proof to approve — this helps us avoid mistakes. Details in the Terms.
